Documents required at the time of contract

  1. Tax returns for the past two years (including consumption tax), copies of tax application reports
  2. Fixed assets ledger (previous year)
  3. General ledger (previous year)
  4. Withholding income tax book (previous year)

Please keep in mind

  1. Documents required for a newly established company differ from above.
  2. We manage the above information under strict obligations of confidentiality and all information is properly destroyed or returned to each customer at the termination of a contract.
